개인정보취급방침

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집방법

① 재단은 후원회원 및 일반회원 가입, 장학신청, 봉사상 추천시 다음과 같은 방법으로 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

ㄱ. 후원회원 가입 시

  • 필수항목: 이름, ID, 비밀번호, 주민등록번호, 주소, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, 이메일
  • 선택항목: 성별, 자택전화번호
  • 연말정산용 기부금영수증의 발급 및 국세청연말정산간소화서비스 등록을 목적으로 주민등록번호를 수집합니다. 후원회원 가입 시, 주민등록번호를 기입하지 않을 경우, 기부금영수증 발급이 어려울 수 있으며 국세청 기부금소득공제 자료에서 내역을 조회하실 수 없습니다.

ㄴ. 일반회원 가입 시

  • 필수항목: 이름, ID, 비밀번호, 휴대전화번호, 이메일
  • 선택항목: 주소, 생년월일, 자택전화번호

ㄷ. 장학생 및 봉사상 추천 신청시

  • 필수항목: 이름, 성별, ID, 비밀번호, 가족사항, 주민등록번호, 주소, 휴대전화번호, 이메일, 통장사본 및 기타 장학생선발, 봉사상 추천을 위한 필요 서류들.

② 재단은 재단이 주관하는 행사 참석 신청 과정을 통해 개인 또는 법인의 정보를 수집합니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적

재단은 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적으로 활용합니다.

  • ㄱ. 회원 관리: 회원제 서비스 이용에 따른 본인 확인, 개인 식별, 불량회원의 부정 이용 방지와 비인가 사용방지, 연령 확인, 불만처리 등 민원처리, 고지사항 전달
  • ㄴ. 홍보에 활용: 후원캠페인, 재단주요 행사참여 등의 홍보성 정보 전달, 접속빈도 파악 및 회원의 서비스 이용에 대한 통계
  • ㄷ. 재단은 온라인이나 오프라인으로 등록된 이용자 정보를 서비스 목적 이외의 용도로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간

원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당정보를 즉시 파기합니다. 단, 다음과 같이 양자간의 의무관계 확인 등을 이유로 일정기간 보유해야 할 필요가 있을 경우에는 일정기간 보유합니다.

  • ㄱ. 계약 또는 후원 철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
  • ㄴ. 이용자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)

4. 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법

재단은 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

① 파기절차

  • ㄱ. 이용자가 서비스 이용 등을 위해 입력하신 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 관련법령에 의한 정보보유 사유에 따라(보유 및 이용기간 참조)일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
  • ㄴ. 별도 DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 고유목적 외에 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.

② 파기방법

  • ㄱ. 종이에 출력된 개인정보: 분쇄기로 분쇄
  • ㄴ. 전자 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보: 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제

5. 개인정보의 취급위탁

위탁처리 : 원활한 업무 처리를 위해 이용자의 개인정보를 위탁 처리할 경우 반드시 사전에 개인정보 처리 위탁을 받는 자(이하 ‘수탁자’라 합니다)와 개인정보 처리위탁을 하는 업무의 내용을 고지합니다. 현재 재단의 개인정보처리 수탁자와 그 업무의 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

7. 회원의 권리와 행사방법

① 회원은 언제든지 재단 홈페이지에 등록된 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 가입 해지(동의 철회)를 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 회원이 회원정보 수정이나 가입 해지를 위해서는 ‘회원탈퇴’를 클릭해 본인 확인 절차를 거치신 후 직접 열람, 정정, 또는 탈퇴가 가능합니다.

10. 기타 개인정보 취급에 관한 방침(개인정보의 기술적/관리적 보호대책 등)

① 부가서비스 이용에 따른 개인정보처리방침: 재단이 제공하는 부가서비스 중 회원가입이 필요한 서비스의 경우 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의를 따로 받습니다.

② 개인정보의 기술적/관리적 보호 대책: 재단은 이용자들의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위하여 다음과 같은 기술적/관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.

③ 비밀번호 암호화: 회원 아이디(ID)의 비밀번호는 암호화되어 저장 및 관리되고 있어 본인만이 알고 있으며, 개인정보의 확인 및 변경도 비밀번호를 알고 있는 본인에 의해서만 가능합니다.

④ 해킹 등에 대비한 대책: 재단은 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 회원의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 개인정보의 훼손에 대비해서 자료를 수시로 백업하고 있고, 최신 백신프로그램을 이용하여 이용자들의 개인정보나 자료가 누출되거나 손상되지 않도록 방지하고 있으며, 암호화통신(SSL) 등을 통하여 네트워크상에서 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있으며, 기타 시스템적으로 보안성을 확보하기 위한 가능한 모든 기술적 장치를 갖추려 노력하고 있습니다.

⑤ 개인 아이디와 비밀번호 관리: 회원이 사용하는 ID와 비밀번호는 원칙적으로 회원 본인만 사용하도록 되어 있습니다. 재단의 고의 또는 과실이 없는 경우에, 회원의 ID와 비밀번호 도용 또는 기타 타인의 사용으로 인해 발생된 문제에 대하여 재단이 책임지지 않습니다. 어떠한 경우에도 비밀번호는 타인에게 알려 주지 마시고 로그온 상태에서는 주위의 다른 사람에게 개인 정보가 유출되지 않도록 특별한 주의를 기울여 주시기 바랍니다. 타인의 개인정보를 도용하여 회원 가입이 확인되었을 경우에는 이용계약이 일방적으로 해지될 수 있으며, 주민등록법에 의해 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만 원 이하의 벌금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

⑥ 기타: 본 사이트에 링크되어 있는 웹사이트들이 개인정보를 수집하는 행위에 대해서는 "본 사이트 개인정보처리방침"이 적용되지 않음을 알려 드립니다.

A. When registering as a sponsoring member

  • Resident Registration Numbers are collected for the purpose of issuing donation receipts for year-end tax settlement and registering with the National Tax Service's Year-End Tax Settlement Simplification Service. If you do not enter your Resident Registration Number when registering as a sponsoring member, it may be difficult to issue a donation receipt, and you will not be able to view your details in the National Tax Service's donation income deduction data.

B. When registering as a general member

  • Required items: Name, ID, Password, Mobile Phone Number, Email
  • Optional items: Address, Date of Birth, Home Phone Number

C. When applying for recommendations for scholarships and volunteer awards

  • Required items: Name, Gender, ID, Password, Family details, Resident Registration Number, Address, Mobile Phone Number, Email, Copy of bank passbook, and other necessary documents for scholarship selection and volunteer award recommendations.

② The Foundation collects information from individuals or legal entities through the application process for attending events organized by the Foundation.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Foundation utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes:

  • A. Member Management: Verification of identity for the use of membership services, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by delinquent members and unauthorized access, age verification, handling of civil complaints such as grievances, and delivery of notices.
  • B. Use for Promotion: Delivery of promotional information such as sponsorship campaigns and participation in major Foundation events, tracking of access frequency, and statistics on members' service usage.
  • C. The Foundation does not provide user information registered online or offline to third parties for purposes other than the service purpose.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed immediately after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain information for a certain period for reasons such as verifying the obligations between the parties, as follows, the information will be retained for that period.

  • A. Records regarding the withdrawal of contracts or sponsorships, etc.: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

The Foundation's procedures and methods for the destruction of personal information are as follows:

① Destruction Procedures

  • A. Information entered by users for the use of services, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved. It is stored for a certain period in accordance with the reasons for information retention under relevant laws (refer to the retention and usage period) and then destroyed.

10. Other Policies Regarding the Handling of Personal Information (Technical/Administrative Protection Measures for Personal Information, etc.)

① Privacy Policy for the Use of Additional Services: For services provided by the Foundation that require membership registration, separate consent is obtained for the processing of personal information.

② Technical/Administrative Protection Measures for Personal Information: In handling users' personal information, the Foundation implements the following technical and administrative measures to ensure safety and prevent the loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage of personal information.

③ Password Encryption: Passwords for member IDs are encrypted and stored and managed so that only the member knows them; verification and modification of personal information are also possible only by the member who knows the password.

④ Measures Against Hacking, etc.: The Foundation is doing its utmost to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. To prepare for potential damage to personal information, we frequently back up data and utilize the latest antivirus software to prevent the leakage or damage of users' personal information and data. We also ensure the secure transmission of personal information over networks through encrypted communication (SSL). We control unauthorized access from the outside using an intrusion prevention system and strive to implement all possible technical measures to ensure system security.

⑤ Management of Personal ID and Password: In principle, the ID and password used by a member are intended for use only by the member themselves. The Foundation shall not be held liable for any problems arising from the theft of a member's ID and password or their use by third parties, unless there is intent or negligence on the part of the Foundation. Under no circumstances should you disclose your password to others, and please exercise special caution to prevent the leakage of personal information to those around you while logged in. If it is confirmed that membership registration was made by stealing another person's personal information, the service agreement may be unilaterally terminated, and the user may be subject to imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to 10 million won under the Resident Registration Act.

1. 収集する個人情報項目及び収集方法

①財団は、後援会員及び一般会員加入、奨学申請、奉仕賞推薦の際、次のような方法で個人情報を収集しています。

A. 後援会員登録時

  • 必須項目：名前、ID、パスワード、住民登録番号、住所、携帯電話番号、生年月日、Eメール
  • 選択項目：性別、自宅電話番号
  • 年末精算用寄付金領収証の発行及び国税庁年末精算簡素化サービス登録を目的に住民登録番号を収集します。後援会員加入時、住民登録番号を記入しない場合、寄付金領収書の発行が難しくなり、国税庁寄付金所得控除資料から内訳を照会することはできません。

B. 一般会員登録時

  • 必須項目：名前、ID、パスワード、携帯電話番号、Eメール
  • 選択項目：住所、生年月日、自宅電話番号

C. 奨学生及び奉仕賞推薦申請時

  • 必須項目：氏名、性別、ID、パスワード、家族、住民登録番号、住所、携帯電話番号、Eメール、通帳のコピー、その他の奨学生の選抜、奉仕賞の推薦に必要な書類。

②財団は、財団が主管する行事出席申請過程を通じて個人又は法人の情報を収集します。

2. 個人情報の収集及び利用目的

財団は、収集した個人情報を次の目的に活用します。

  • A. 会員管理：会員制サービス利用による本人確認、個人識別、不良会員の不正利用防止と非認可使用防止、年齢確認、苦情処理など苦情処理、告知事項伝達
  • B. 広報に活用：スポンサーキャンペーン、財団主なイベント参加などの広報性情報伝達、接続頻度把握および会員のサービス利用に関する統計
  • C. 財団は、オンラインまたはオフラインで登録されたユーザー情報をサービス目的以外の目的で第三者に提供しません。

3. 個人情報の保有及び利用期間

原則として、個人情報の収集及び利用目的が達成された後は、当該情報を直ちに破棄します。ただし、次のように両者間の義務関係確認などを理由に一定期間保有しなければならない場合は、一定期間保有します。

  • A. 契約又は後援撤回等に関する記録：5年（電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律）
  • B. 利用者の苦情又は紛争処理に関する記録：3年（電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律）

4. 個人情報の破棄手続及び方法

財団は個人情報の破棄手続きと方法は次のとおりです。

①破棄手続き

  • A. 利用者がサービス利用等のために入力された情報は、目的が達成された後、別途のDBに移され、関連法令による情報保有事由により（保有及び利用期間参照）一定期間保存された後破棄されます。
  • B. 別途DBに移された個人情報は法律による場合ではなく、固有目的以外に他の目的に利用されません。

②破棄方法

  • A. 紙に出力された個人情報：粉砕機で粉砕
  • B. 電子ファイル形式で保存された個人情報：記録を再生できない技術的な方法で削除

5. 個人情報の取扱委託

委託処理：円滑な業務処理のために利用者の個人情報を委託処理する場合、必ず事前に個人情報処理委託を受ける者（以下「受託者」といいます）と個人情報処理委託を行う業務の内容を告知します。現在財団の個人情報処理受託者とその業務の内容は次のとおりです。

7. 会員の権利と行使方法

①会員はいつでも財団ホームページに登録された自分の個人情報を照会または修正することができ、加入解除（同意撤回）を要請することができます

②会員が会員情報の修正や加入解除を行うには、「会員脱退」をクリックして本人確認手続きを経た後、直接閲覧、訂正、または脱退が可能です。

会員脱退方法：サイトアクセス→会員ログイン→My Pageクリック→会員脱退ボタンクリック

10. その他個人情報の取り扱いに関する方針（個人情報の技術的/管理的保護対策等）

① 付加サービス利用による個人情報処理方針：財団が提供する付加サービスのうち会員登録が必要なサービスの場合、個人情報処理に対する同意を別に受けます。

②個人情報の技術的/管理的保護対策：財団は、利用者の個人情報を取り扱うに当たって、個人情報が紛失、盗難、漏出、改ざん、または毀損されないよう安全性確保のために、次のような技術的/管理的対策を講じています。

③ パスワード暗号化：会員ID（ID）のパスワードは暗号化されて保存および管理されており、本人だけが知っており、個人情報の確認および変更もパスワードを知っている本人によってのみ可能です。

④ハッキングなどに備えた対策：財団は、ハッキングやコンピュータウィルスなどにより会員の個人情報が流出したり、毀損されることを防ぐために最善を尽くしています。個人情報の毀損に備えて資料を随時バックアップしており、最新のワクチンプログラムを利用して利用者の個人情報や資料が漏洩したり破損しないようにしており、暗号通信（SSL）などを通じてネットワーク上で個人情報を安全に転送できるようにしています。侵入遮断システムを利用して外部からの無断アクセスを制御しており、その他のシステム的にセキュリティを確保するための可能なすべての技術的装置を備えようと努力しています。

⑤個人IDとパスワード管理：会員が使用するIDとパスワードは、原則として会員本人のみ使用するようになっています。財団の故意または過失がない場合には、会員のIDおよびパスワード盗難または他の他人の使用によって発生した問題に対して財団は責任を負いません。いかなる場合でも、パスワードは他人に知らせず、ログオン状態では周囲の他人に個人情報が漏洩しないように特別な注意を払ってください。他人の個人情報を盗用して会員加入が確認された場合には利用契約が一方的に解除されることがあり、住民登録法により3年以下の懲役または1千万ウォン以下の罰金が課されることがあります。

⑥その他：本サイトにリンクされているウェブサイトが個人情報を収集する行為については、「本サイト個人情報処理方針」が適用されないことをお知らせします。

이용약관

제 1조 약관의 목적

이 이용약관(이하 ‘약관’)은 재단법인 원모평애재단(이하 ‘재단’이라 함)이 회원에게 제공하는 서비스의 내용과 당사자의 권리 의무 및 책임사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2조 약관외의 준칙

본 약관에서 명시되지 아니한 사항에 관하여서는 관계법령에서 정하는 바에 의하기로 합니다.

제 3조 용어의 정의

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

  • 1. ‘회원’은 재단이 운영하는 홈페이지에서 제공하는 컨텐츠를 사용하기 위하여 동의를 통해 이용계약을 체결한 자를 의미합니다.
  • 2. ‘회원가입’은 재단명의의 홈페이지에 회원으로 가입하기를 동의하는 것을 의미합니다.
  • 3. ‘아이디’는 회원의 식별을 위해 회원이 기재하고 회사가 승인하는 조합을 의미합니다.
  • 4. ‘비밀번호’는 회원이 개인 정보 보호 및 서비스의 원활한 이용을 위하여 회원자신이 결정하는 문자(숫자포함)의 조합을 의미합니다.
  • 5. ‘서비스’란 - 재단이 회원에게 제공하는 일체의 온/오프라인 제공서비스를 말합니다.

제 4조 회원가입

대한민국 국민과 외국인 등 모든 개인은 재단이 정한 가입절차에 따라 개인정보를 제공하고 가입할 수 있습니다.

  • 1. 회원으로 가입하여 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 이용고객은 재단이 요청하는 정보(이름, 전화번호, 이메일 등)를 제공해야 합니다. 단 회원이 제공한 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 관리됩니다.
  • 2. 회원은 회원 본인의 실명을 제공해야만 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 실명으로 등록하지 않은 사용자는 일체의 권리를 주장할 수 없습니다.
  • 3. 타인의 명의(이름 및 생년월일)를 도용해 이용 신청을 한 회원이 등록한 ID는 모두 삭제됩니다.

제 4조 이용약관의 효력 및 변경

  • 1. 약관은 발행일로부터 별도의 공지 이전까지 효력을 갖습니다.
  • 2. 이 약관은 PC 및 모바일 디바이스 등을 통한 온라인, 전화 등을 통해 개인정보를 제공하고 약관에 동의해 재단의 서비스를 이용하고자 의사를 밝힌 회원에게 효력이 발생됩니다.
  • 3. 합리적 사유가 발생할 경우 재단은 관계법령에 위배되지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 개정, 변경할 수 있으며, 개정, 변경된 약관은 적용일 전 7일간 온라인 상의 공지나 전자 우편 등의 방법을 통해 회원에게 공지되고 적용 일에 효력이 발생됩니다.
  • 4. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 회원은 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있으며 약관이 변경된 이후에도 계속적으로 서비스를 이용하는 경우에는 회원이 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제 5조 재단의 권리와 의무

1. 의무

1) 홈페이지를 방문한 이용자가 각종 신청 및 정보 수정을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 운영하며, 천재지변 등 불가항력적인 사유가 없는 한 이용자가 항상 안정적으로 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.

2) 회원의 개인정보를 보안 유지하며 서비스의 개선 및 운영, 새로운 정보의 제공 등 홈페이지 내에서의 목적으로만 활용하며, 이외의 어떤 목적으로도 제3자에게 양도하지 않습니다. 단, 관계 법령상 수사상의 목적으로 관계기관으로부터 요구받거나, 정보통신윤리위원회의 요청이 있는 경우 등 적법한 절차에 의한 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

3) 이용자의 질문, 요청에 대해 신의를 지켜 성실하게 응대합니다.

2. 권리

1) 홈페이지의 목적에 맞지 않는 게시글과 개인의 중요한 정보가 포함된 게시글은 게시자의 사전 동의 없이 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

2) 저작권 관련한 권리를 침해 당했을 때 시정조치를 요청하거나 법적 조치를 취할 권리가 있습니다.

3) 홈페이지에 있는 모든 게시글에 대한 운영권리는 재단에게 있으며 언제라도 이에 관한 일부 내용을 중단하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.

제 6조 회원의 권리와 의무

1. 의무

1) 이용자 개인이 등록한 아이디와 비밀번호는 본인 외에는 알 수 없도록 합니다. 이용자가 개인정보를 노출해서 발생하는 피해에 대해 재단은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2) 홈페이지의 모든 콘텐츠를 재단의 허락 없이 임의로 사용하여서는 안됩니다.

2. 권리

1) 홈페이지 이용에 불편한 내용들에 대해서는 재단에게 수정, 개선을 요청할 수 있습니다.

2) 홈페이지 내의 정보 수신동의를 통해 재단이 발송하는 이메일, 문자메시지 및 우편 등은 언제라도 중단 요청을 할 수 있습니다.

제 7조 저작권

1. 홈페이지 내의 모든 콘텐츠는 재단이 지적재산권을 소유하고 있습니다. 제3자로부터 재단이 사용권한을 위임받은 콘텐츠의 경우, 출처 또는 저작권을 명시합니다.

2. 재단의 명칭과 CI, 로고

1) 재단의 명칭인 ‘원모평애재단’과 CI 및 로고는 어떠한 경우에도 재단의 허락 없이 임의 목적으로 사용해서는 안됩니다.

2) 재단의 사전 허가를 받지 않고 무단 사용시 법적 처벌을 받을 수 있습니다.

제 8조 콘텐츠의 이용안내

1. 개인적인 정보취득, 교육목적 이외에 콘텐츠를 모방, 번역 혹은 다른 용도로 이용하고자 할 경우에는 재단의 사전 허가를 받아야 합니다.

2. 링크(사이트 연결)

1) 재단의 홈페이지 내에서 재단이 관리하지 않는 다른 사이트에 연결될 수 있습니다. 이는 단지 내용상의 편의를 위함일 뿐이며 연결된 사이트에서 제공하는 정보, 자료, 의견, 조언, 주장의 정확성과 신뢰도에 대해 어떠한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2) 외부사이트에서 재단 홈페이지로 연결시 다음사항에 주의하여야 합니다.

  • ① 어린이, 청소년에게 해로운 정보를 담거나 물품을 판매 등에 관계하는 홈페이지, 인터넷카페, 블로그에서 재단의 사이트로 링크해서는 안 됩니다.
  • ② 공익의 목적이 아닌 개인 및 상업 목적의 링크연결을 위해서는 사전에 재단과 협의를 거쳐야 합니다.
  • ③ 재단의 로고 또는 배너를 사용하면서 별개의 사이트에 연결시켜서는 안됩니다.
  • ④ 위 사항을 위반한 자에게 손해배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.

제 9조 이용의 제한

1. 본인 외 다른 개인의 정보를 도용한 경우 회원자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.

2. 두 개 이상의 아이디를 등록한 경우 이용에 제한을 둘 수 있습니다.

3. 사이트 서비스를 방해하는 행동을 한 경우, 회원 또는 이용자의 IP주소 접근을 차단할 수 있습니다.

제 10조 개인정보처리

재단은 회원의 개인정보를 보호하며, 그 내용을 재단 홈페이지의 개인정보취급방침에 공지합니다.

제 11조 책임제한

  • 1. 재단은 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인해 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
  • 2. 재단은 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 3. 재단은 회원이 서비스와 관련해 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등의 내용에 관해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 4. 재단은 회원 간 또는 회원과 제3자 상호간에 서비스를 매개로 해서 거래 등을 한 경우에는 책임이 면제됩니다.
  • 5. 재단은 무료로 제공되는 서비스 이용과 관련해 관련법에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 6. 재단은 서비스용 설비의 보수, 교체, 정기점검, 공사 등 부득이한 사유로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.
  • 7. 재단은 이용자의 컴퓨터 오류에 의해 손해가 발생한 경우, 또는 회원이 신상정보를 부실하게 기재하여 손해가 발생한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 11조 분쟁의 해결 및 관할법원

  • 1. 본 약관에 규정된 사항 외에 발생하는 서비스 이용과 관련된 제반 문제에 관한 분쟁은 최대한 합의에 의해 해결하도록 합니다.
  • 2. 서비스 이용과 관련해 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우 재단의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.

Article 1. Purpose of Terms

The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is to define the content of the services provided to members by the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the parties involved.

Article 2. Rules Other than the Terms

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.

Article 3. Definitions of Terms

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  • 1. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement through consent in order to use the content provided on the website operated by the Foundation.
  • 2. "Signing Up" means agreeing to register as a member on the website under the name of the Foundation.
  • 3. "ID" refers to a combination entered by the Member and approved by the Company for the identification of the Member.
  • 4. "Password" refers to a combination of characters (including numbers) determined by the Member for the protection of personal information and the smooth use of the Service.
  • 5. "Service" refers to all online and offline services provided by the Foundation to its members.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

All individuals, including Korean nationals and foreigners, may register by providing personal information in accordance with the registration procedures established by the Foundation.

  • 1. Users who wish to use this Service by registering as a member must provide the information requested by the Foundation (name, phone number, email, etc.). However, the information provided by members is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • 2. Members may only use the Service by providing their real name, and users who have not registered with their real name cannot claim any rights whatsoever.
  • 3. All IDs registered by members who have applied for use by fraudulently using another person's name (name and date of birth) will be deleted.

Article 4 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms of Use)

  • 1. These Terms shall remain in effect from the date of issuance until further notice.
  • 2. These Terms shall become effective for members who provide personal information online via PCs and mobile devices, or via telephone, and who express their intention to use the Foundation's services by agreeing to the Terms.
  • 3. In the event of reasonable grounds, the Foundation may amend or change these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations. The amended or changed Terms shall be notified to members through online announcements or email seven days prior to the effective date and shall take effect on the effective date.
  • 4. Members who do not agree to the changed Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw. If a member continues to use the Service after the Terms have been changed, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of the Foundation)

1. Obligations

1) The Foundation shall operate the website to enable users visiting the site to easily make various applications and modify information, and ensure that users can always use the service stably unless there are force majeure events such as natural disasters.

2) The Foundation shall maintain the security of members' personal information and utilize it solely for purposes within the website, such as service improvement and operation and the provision of new information, and shall not transfer it to a third party for any other purpose. However, exceptions shall be made in cases subject to lawful procedures, such as when requested by relevant authorities for investigative purposes under relevant laws or when requested by the Information and Communications Ethics Committee.

3) We respond faithfully to users' questions and requests in good faith.

2. Rights

1) Posts that do not align with the purpose of the website or contain important personal information may be deleted immediately without the poster's prior consent.

2) You have the right to request corrective measures or take legal action if your copyright-related rights are infringed.

3) The Foundation holds the operational rights to all posts on the website and may suspend or change certain content at any time.

Article 6: Rights and Obligations of Members

1. Obligations

1) Users must ensure that their registered ID and password remain unknown to anyone other than themselves. The Foundation bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from the exposure of personal information by users.

2) You must not use any content on the website arbitrarily without the Foundation's permission.

2. Rights

1) You may request the Foundation to modify or improve any content that causes inconvenience during website use.

2) By agreeing to receive information on the website, you may request the suspension of emails, text messages, and postal mail sent by the Foundation at any time.

Article 7 Copyright

1. The Foundation owns the intellectual property rights to all content on this website. In the case of content for which the Foundation has been delegated usage rights by a third party, the source or copyright must be specified.

2. Foundation Name, CI, and Logo

1) The Foundation's name, "Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation," as well as its CI and logo, must not be used for any arbitrary purpose without the Foundation's permission under any circumstances.

2) Unauthorized use without prior permission from the Foundation may result in legal penalties.

Article 8 Guidelines for Content Usage

1. Prior permission from the Foundation must be obtained if you wish to imitate, translate, or use the content for purposes other than personal information acquisition or educational purposes.

2. Links (Site Connections)

1) Links to other sites not managed by the Foundation may be provided within the Foundation's website. This is solely for the convenience of content, and the Foundation assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information, materials, opinions, advice, or claims provided by the linked sites.

2) When connecting from external sites to the Foundation's website, please pay attention to the following points.

  • ① Websites, internet cafes, or blogs that contain information harmful to children or adolescents or are involved in the sale of goods must not link to the Foundation's site.
  • ② For links made for personal or commercial purposes that are not for the public interest, prior consultation with the Foundation is required.
  • ③ You must not link to a separate site while using the Foundation's logo or banner.
  • ④ The Foundation may claim damages from those who violate the above provisions.

Article 9 Restrictions on Use

1. Membership may be revoked if personal information other than one's own is misused.

2. Restrictions on use may be placed if two or more IDs are registered.

3. Access to the IP address of a member or user may be blocked if they engage in behavior that interferes with the site's services.

Article 10 Processing of Personal Information

The Foundation protects members' personal information and announces the details in the Privacy Policy on the Foundation's website.

Article 11 Limitation of Liability

  • 1. The Foundation shall be exempt from liability regarding the provision of services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  • 2. The Foundation shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
  • 3. The Foundation shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other aspects of information, materials, or facts posted by the Member in relation to the Service.
  • 4. The Foundation shall be exempt from liability in cases where transactions, etc., occur between Members or between a Member and a third party through the Service.
  • 5. The Foundation shall not be liable for the use of services provided free of charge, unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.
  • 6. The Foundation shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons, such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service facilities.
  • 7. The Foundation shall not be liable for damages caused by errors in the User's computer, or for damages resulting from a Member providing inaccurate personal information.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution and Competent Court)

  • 1. Any disputes regarding all issues related to the use of the Service that arise outside of the matters stipulated in these Terms shall be resolved through mutual agreement to the greatest extent possible.
  • 2. In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising in connection with the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Foundation shall be the competent court.

第1条 約款の目的

この利用約款（以下「約款」という）は、財団法人原母平愛財団（以下「財団」という。）が会員に提供するサービスの内容と当事者の権利義務および責任事項を規定することを目的とします。

第2条 約款外の準則

本約款に明記されていない事項については、関係法令で定めるところによるものとします。

第3条 用語の定義

本約款で使用する用語の定義は次のとおりです。

  • 1. 「会員」とは、財団が運営するホームページで提供するコンテンツを使用するために同意を通じて利用契約を締結した者を意味します。
  • 2. 「会員登録」とは、財団名義のホームページに会員として加入することに同意することを意味します。
  • 3. 「ID」とは、会員の識別のために会員が記載し、会社が承認する組み合わせを意味します。
  • 4. 「パスワード」とは、会員が個人情報保護及びサービスの円滑な利用のために会員自身が決定する文字（数字含む）の組み合わせを意味します。
  • 5.「サービス」とは - 財団が会員に提供する一切のオン/オフライン提供サービスをいいます。

第4条 会員登録

大韓民国の国民や外国人など、すべての個人は、財団が定めた加入手続きに従って個人情報を提供して加入することができます。

  • 1.会員として加入して本サービスを利用したい利用客は、財団が要請する情報（氏名、電話番号、Eメールなど）を提供しなければなりません。ただし、会員が提供した情報は、個人情報処理方針に従って管理されます。
  • 2.会員は会員本人の本名を提供しなければサービスを利用することができず、本名で登録していないユーザーは一切の権利を主張することはできません。
  • 3.他人の名義（氏名及び生年月日）を盗用して利用申請をした会員が登録したIDはすべて削除されます。

第4条 利用約款の効力及び変更

  • 1. 約款は、発行日から別途のお知らせ以前まで効力を有します。
  • 2.この約款は、PCやモバイルデバイスなどを通じたオンライン、電話などを通じて個人情報を提供し、約款に同意して財団のサービスを利用しようと意思を明らかにした会員に効力が発生します。
  • 3.合理的事由が発生した場合、財団は関係法令に違反しない範囲内で本約款を改正、変更することができ、改正、変更された約款は適用日前7日間オンライン上のお知らせや電子メールなどの方法を通じて会員に公知され、適用日に効力が発生します。
  • 4. 変更された約款に同意しない会員は、サービス利用を中断して脱退することができ、約款が変更された後も継続的にサービスを利用する場合には、会員が約款の変更事項に同意したものとみなされます。

第5条 財団の権利と義務

1. 義務

1) ホームページを訪問した利用者が各種申請及び情報修正を容易にできるように運営し、天災地変など不可抗力的な事由がない限り利用者が常に安定して利用できるようにします。

2) 会員の個人情報をセキュリティ維持し、サービスの改善及び運営、新しい情報の提供などホームページ内での目的でのみ活用し、その他のいかなる目的でも第三者に譲渡しません。ただし、関係法令上、捜査上の目的で関係機関から要求されたり、情報通信倫理委員会の要請がある場合など、適法な手続による場合には例外とします。

3) 利用者の質問、要請に対して、誠意をもって誠実に応対します。

2. 権利

1) ホームページの目的に合わない投稿と個人の重要な情報を含む投稿は、投稿者の事前同意なく直接削除することができます。

2) 著作権関連の権利を侵害されたとき、是正措置を要請したり、法的措置を取る権利があります。

3) ホームページにあるすべての投稿に対する運営権は財団にあり、いつでもこれに関する一部の内容を中断または変更することができます。

第6条 会員の権利と義務

1. 義務

1）利用者個人が登録したIDとパスワードは、本人以外には不明になります。利用者が個人情報を露出して発生する被害に対して財団は責任を負いません。

2) ホームページのすべてのコンテンツを財団の許可なく任意に使用してはならない。

2. 権利

1) ホームページ利用に不便な内容については、財団に修正、改善を要請することができます。

2) ホームページ内の情報受信同意を通じて財団が発送するEメール、テキストメッセージおよび郵便などはいつでも中断要求をすることができます。

第7条 著作権

1. ホームページ内のすべてのコンテンツは、財団が知的財産権を所有しています。第三者から財団が使用権を委任されたコンテンツの場合、出典または著作権を明示します。

2. 財団の名称とCI、ロゴ

1)財団の名称である「原母平愛財団」とCI及びロゴは、いかなる場合においても財団の許可なく任意目的に使用してはならない。

2) 財団の事前許可を受けず、無断使用時に法的処罰を受けることができます。

第8条 コンテンツの利用案内

1. 個人的な情報取得、教育目的以外にコンテンツを模倣、翻訳あるいは他の用途で利用したい場合には、財団の事前許可を受けなければなりません。

2. リンク(サイト接続)

1）財団のホームページ内で財団が管理していない他のサイトに接続することができます。これはただ内容の便宜のためだけであり、リンクされたサイトが提供する情報、資料、意見、アドバイス、主張の正確性と信頼性について一切の責任を負いません。

2) 外部サイトから財団ホームページに接続する際、次の事項に注意しなければなりません。

  • ① 子供、青少年に有害な情報を込めたり、物品を販売などに関係するホームページ、インターネットカフェ、ブログから財団のサイトにリンクしてはいけません。
  • ②公益の目的でない個人及び商業目的のリンク連結のためには、事前に財団と協議を経なければなりません。
  • ③財団のロゴやバナーを使用しながら、別のサイトに接続してはいけません。
  • ④ 上記事項に違反した者に損害賠償を請求することができます。

第9条 利用の制限

1. 本人以外の他の個人の情報を盗用した場合、会員資格を奪うことができます。

2. 複数のIDを登録した場合、利用に制限を設けることができます。

3. サイトサービスを妨害する行動をした場合、会員または利用者のIPアドレスへのアクセスを遮断できます。

第10条 個人情報処理

財団は会員の個人情報を保護し、その内容を財団ホームページの個人情報取扱方針に知らせます。

第11条 責任制限

  • 1.財団は、天災地変又はこれに準ずる不可抗力によりサービスを提供できない場合には、サービス提供に関する責任が免除されます。
  • 2.財団は会員の帰責事由によるサービス利用の障害については責任を負いません。
  • 3.財団は、会員がサービスに関連して掲載した情報、資料、事実の信頼度、正確性などの内容に関しては責任を負いません。
  • 4.財団は、会員間又は会員と第三者相互間でサービスを仲介して取引等をした場合には責任が免除されます。
  • 5.財団は、無料で提供されるサービス利用に関連して関連法に特別な規定がない限り責任を負いません。
  • 6.財団は、サービス用設備の保守、交換、定期点検、工事などやむを得ない事由で発生した損害に対する責任が免除されます。
  • 7.財団は、利用者のコンピュータエラーにより損害が発生した場合、または会員が身元情報を不良に記載して損害が発生した場合、責任を負いません。

第11条 紛争の解決及び管轄裁判所

  • 1.本約款に規定された事項以外に発生するサービス利用に関する諸問題に関する紛争は、できるだけ合意により解決するようにします。
  • 2.サービス利用に関連して発生した紛争に対して訴訟が提起された場合、財団の所在地を管轄する裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。
